Before All of The Lights Co was created I spent a decade in Human Resources supporting and engaging with employees across several industries and states. I started my career in HR as an intern and worked my way up to a HR Business Partner. My time in HR taught me a lot and I saw what happens when people lose sight of who they are. It didn’t matter what industry or state I worked in, one thing was the same people want to be seen, valued, and appreciated.

I have a Bachelors degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources. I also have my Masters degree in Organizational Development. Along with my degrees I also obtained a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from eCornell University and I am a 2025 graduate of the Pearland Leadership program. 

I’m married to the love of my life, Denzel and we are raising our three beautiful sons Zaiden (10), Zorian (7), and Zaire (5) in Houston, TX.  

All of The Lights Co. was created to meet people in their hardest moments and bring them creative solutions to their most egregious problems.
